All purchases are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for any like-kind cruises as long as the exchange is more than 48 hours prior to original cruise. Within 48 hours of departure, we are unable to offer exchanges. No refunds will be given to no-shows.
In the event a cruise must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a gift card for the full amount to be used for a future cruise. Monetary refunds are available upon request, but a 25% processing fee will be applied to cover transaction and administrative costs.
Alcohol & Tobacco Policy
No outside alcohol can be brought onto the boat or the dock site. Smoking must be downwind while on the boat - please be courteous to other passengers.
