Sainte Genevieve Riverboat Online Reservations
For this Wintertide concert aboard the Sainte Genevieve, the setting is as unique as the artistry: an intimate, docked riverboat venue at Heritage Harbor on the east end of Ottawa, transforming for the evening into an immersive encounter between artist and audience. You’ll experience not only the songs—but the stories, the musicianship, the connection—up close and personal.
Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, TAE Popour is a bold and original voice—an artist whose soul, R&B and pop-rock roots converge in a refreshing, dynamic sound. Her songwriting reflects a deep commitment to personal and social transformation. “I am a voice,” she says, “and if the people beside me are willing to listen, then I believe it is my duty to utilize the ability to be an advocate and agent of social change and inspire growth in the community and in individuals.”
In 2020, TAE released her debut full-length album, What Love Is, on January 1. Since then, her vision has expanded: in her current project TAE & The Neighborly she collaborates with five fellow musicians, bringing a collective spirit and a rich palette of instrumentation, arrangements and storytelling to the stage. Throughout, her work remains anchored in authenticity, emotional honesty and the quest to reflect both macro and micro world-dynamics in song.
Joining TAE in this performance is Andy James Welsch—her partner in both life and music. Together they bring the vision of TAE & The Neighborly to life, blending TAE’s powerhouse vocal presence with Andy’s musicianship and creative energy.
Expect deep grooves, resonant vocals, shifting moods—from quiet reflection to dramatic surge—and a night of music with meaning. Let TAE and Andy take you on a journey: from soulful introspection to uplifted pulse, from local roots to universal reach.
We look forward to welcoming you aboard.
NOTE: The Sainte Genevieve is docked for the winter at Heritage Harbor, 421 Great Loop E Drive, Ottawa, IL. The vessel will remain docked for the entirety of the concert. Doors open at 7:00. Concert begins at 7:30.
